Ajwain Fish Tikka is a spicy barbeque dish. Boneless Fish pieces are marinated with a combination of yogurt and spices infused with a slight flavor of ajwain, grilled or shallow fried to perfection. Serve as a starter or as a side dish with a main course meal. Cooking instructions(Shallow fry)- to cook spicy tawa fish fry use normal cooking oil or olive oil in a heated pan and cook for 20mins from both the sides (10 mins each side). Serve with sauté veggies or rice or eat it as a snack with green chutney . Note: please taste for salt and add lemon for better taste.
