Pan fried mustard fish is itself a whole some meal , marinated in Indian herbs and spices to give you that authentic flavours . Cooking instructions(shallow fry)- to cook Mustard fish use mustard oil and let it get heated properly then only start frying the fish for 20mins from both the sides (10 mins each side). Serve with sauté veggies or rice or eat it as a snack with green chutney . Note: please taste for salt and add lemon for better taste.
