Usually, we ship orders within 90 minutes from the time the order was placed. In situations (which rarely happen) where preparation of the item or stock availability takes time beyond 4 hours, we will inform the customer. Post-dispatch, deliveries are done across Bhopal within 3 - 8 hours. Please note that deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions, and factors out of human control. We shall keep you posted during such events.
Bulk orders should be placed one day prior to the day of requirement, and payment in advance is required.
Minimum quantity to be ordered: 500 grams.
All prices are inclusive of GST. Packaging is charged extra. In cases where shipping costs apply, they will be shown at checkout, so consumers will know about this before making payments.
Delivery charges will apply to orders less than Rs 280/- and distances more than 5 km.
We procure specialized secondary packaging depending on the nature of the product (tamper-proof bags, corrugated boxes, etc.), which are given to delivery personnel to ensure no damages in transit. As we procure this specifically for your shipment, we charge a very nominal amount, which is included in the product price.
We're all about taste at Mommy's-Chicken. It's possible you might taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that's not the case). We're sorry, but we can't accept returns simply because you don't like the taste.
